Commendations

As of last count there are over 151 commendation bills in the Virginia Assembly which makes up roughly 5% of the total bills being considered.

I have an idea how about a bill commending every single citizen of Virginia and that way 150 bills could be eliminated.

Until that day here are snippets from 2 bills chosen at random
